01. Introduction and Consent
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the xz77 platform and its users ("Member" or "you"). By accessing the xz77.lat website, opening an account, or using any of our services, you expressly agree to all of these Terms.

04. Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Minimum Limits
The minimum deposit amount across all payment methods on xz77 is ৳300. The minimum amount for withdrawals is ৳1,000. Deposit or withdrawal requests below these limits will not be processed.

4.3 Withdrawal Timeframe

05. Bonuses and Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. The following terms apply for receiving and using this bonus:
- After receiving the bonus, a 25x wagering requirement must be met before withdrawal.
- Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been fulfilled.
- The decision of xz77 authority is final in determining eligibility for a bonus.
- The welcome bonus can be received only once per account.
5.2 General Bonus Terms
- All bonus offers are valid for a specific period — the bonus will expire at the end of that period.
- If bonus abuse is found (bonus arbitrage, use of multiple accounts, etc.), the bonus and any winnings will be forfeited.
- xz77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

5.3 VIP Program
The xz77 VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Weekly cashback benefits are provided at each tier:
- Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
- Silver: up to 0.4% weekly cashback
- Gold: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
- Platinum: up to 0.8% weekly cashback

06. Gaming Rules and Fair Play
6.1 Gaming Rules
All games available on xz77 — slots, casino games, mega fishing, bingo, cricket betting, and others — are governed by their own rules. The outcome of each game is determined through Certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which is completely impartial and verifiable.
6.2 Betting Limits

08. Account Suspension and Closure

- Transactions suspected of money laundering.
- Order from a court or regulatory authority.
8.2 Closure by Member
You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Before submitting an account closure request, please wait for all pending bets and transactions to be settled. Valid balances will be returned subject to applicable terms and conditions.
8.3 Inactive Accounts
An account may be marked as inactive if it has not been used for an extended period. xz77 may take action on inactive accounts in accordance with applicable policy. Contact the support team to reactivate your account.

12.4 Entire Agreement
